| Seal-A-Plate is a cost-effective roofing system for the
mechanical fastening of single-ply EPDM rubber membrane. A choice of galvanized, stainless
steel or new non-corrosive plastic fasteners are arranged in diamond patterns over the
membrane to provide a unique stress pattern and yield superior roof holding strength.
After securing to the roof deck, plates are then sealed with self-adhering EPDM covers.
This sealing system gives immediate and superior protection against the natural elements,
and becomes even more durable with time. The
Seal-A-Plate Roofing System can be installed with Factory Mutual approval ratings of
either I-60 or I-90. Seal-A-Plate systems are easily applied using simple hand tools and
offer a quality, cost efficient alternative to other mechanical roofing systems.
