All warranties require completion of the request for warranty form prior to beginning the job.

All warranties only cover IDS products.

All IDS specifications must be followed and certified by the Building Owner and/or his agent. Any deviations will null and void your warranty.

These limited warranties are good for up to 55 mph winds. Higher wind speed warranties are available.

INSPECTION/RE-INSPECTION
IDS Systems must be inspected prior to the issuance of the warranty. A re-inspection may be required to verify any changes or corrections on items which did not meet IDS specifications upon the original inspection. All re-inspections are subject to a $500 per day plus expenses from port to port charge.

NOTE: It is the Building Owners and/or his agent's responsibility to make sure the roof is free of all ice and snow prior to inspection. If upon our Field Tech arrival the roofing system is not visible there will be a charge of $500 per day plus expenses from port to port. If IDS is unable to inspect the roof during the six (6) months of winter it will be the Building Owners and/or his agent's responsibility to maintain the roofing system until IDS can inspect the roof for warranty. All inspections are subject to IDS schedule. An inspection requiring immediate and/or special attention additional charges will apply. Charges to be determined at the time of request based on job location and job size. Also if job does not pass first inspection there will be a charge of $500 per day plus expenses from port to port per inspection thereafter.
